Payment Methods and Timing: Credit card payment. Payment is finalized at the time of ordering. We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB credit card brands. We also support express checkout options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Pay Later (Paidy). Monthly charges are totaled at the end of each month, with invoices issued on the 1st of the following month and notification sent via email/SMS by the 5th. Payment methods include convenience store payment (at in-store terminals) or bank transfer. The payment deadline is the 27th of the following month for both convenience store payments and bank transfers. Fees apply for each monthly payment method: 390 yen (tax included) for convenience store payments, and customers are responsible for bank transfer fees.

Payment is possible at various convenience stores.
An additional fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged.

For regular shipping, we will ship within 5 business days of your order. However, delays may occur if there is prior notice of shipping delays, during national holidays, Obon holiday, New Year's holiday, or other extended holiday periods. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: In principle, we do not accept product exchanges or returns. However, if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns or exchanges only if the received product differs from what was actually ordered or if there is a defect in the product. Return shipping costs will be covered by our company. Additionally, if you are unable to receive your product within one week of the shipping date (the package storage limit), the product will be returned to us. In such cases, your order will be automatically canceled.
