Privacy Policy

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  2. If the Company receives a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall make the Correction, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. If the Company has made Correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make Correction, etc., the Company shall notify the user of this fact without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1.  The Company shall conduct necessary investigations without delay when requested by an individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") personal information for any of the following reasons:
    (1) The personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use
    (2) The personal information was acquired by fraudulent means
    (3) The personal information was used in a manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts
    (4) The business operator no longer needs to use the retained personal data
    (5) A leak of retained personal data has occurred
    (6) Otherwise, there is a risk that the rights and interests of the individual may be harmed by the handling of the retained personal data
  2. If it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. If the Company has suspended the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to suspend the use, etc., the Company shall notify the user of this fact without delay.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. requires a considerable expense or is otherwise difficult to implement, and when alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take these alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for laws and regulations and other matters otherwise provided for in this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
